  • Alfred O. Smith - Indispensable ToolWonderfully inclusive content - every food you can think of (millet anyone?). Lists calories, total fat, and carbs for all of the restaurant chains and fast food of America. Only negative comment is that it does not list protein. If you are keeping a food diary yourself or preparing recipies this is an indispensable tool.
  • RVKsurflove - Amazingly helpful- but don't stop taking it too soon! This has helped me out so much! I was terrified when I first got BV. I was worried that after taking antibiotics that I would get a yeast infection. I decided to take RepHresh ProB. It cleared up all of my symptoms and I did not get a yeast infection.
However, it is important to know that this should be taken long term. After taking the pills for one month, I thought I would be okay to stop. WRONG! The BV came back right away (horrible!). I went to the doctor for antibiotics and I started to use ProB again. Now I am fine but I will not stop taking ProB because I do not want to get BV. My plan is to take it every day for about 6 months and then take it every other day, then once a week or so. I am also taking the "super acidophilus complex" from Trader Joe's. I take ProB in the morning and the acidophilus at night. I also started using Dove unscented soap and unscented laundry detergent. So far this is working out great!
  • David M Nordmark - Does exactly what it promisesWith the election fast approaching you might feel you need a refresher over what has occurred over the last 4 years. If so, the 106 best reasons NOT to vote for Obama is a good place to start. The book is a VERY quick read as it is really a collection of bullet points outlining the failures of Obama's first term. Where the author needs to expand on a point, he does. Otherwise it makes its points in a bam, bam, boom style. As well, each point is hyperlinked to source material if you want to read more. If Dragnet's Joe Friday were to right a political book, it would likely read like this. It's "Just the facts, ma'am", and it works.
