I also own a WD Live which I have connected to another TV in my house. While this doesn't have some of the capabilities of the WD, it does make up for it in other areas. The WD does not support Amazon Prime, which this does and does so pretty flawlessly. The size is pretty small, and that in combination with the RF based remote makes stashing it somewhere very nice. The setup is kind of a pain in comparison with the WD. You have to set up an account with Roku and register the device which is not required for a lot of these type of devices, so that is a bit more time consuming. It also is basically 'on' all the time (it does kind of go into a standby mode).
